I tried to take a walk and do some exercise today, i feel a little better when i get back to my workspace, thanks ruki!

it`s perfectly okay to take breaks during burn out! Take a walk outside, drink water, go see friends, etc! I`d also suggest drawing things outside your comfort zone like trees, cars, scenery... your mileage will get better and you might even enjoy drawing them
