Kakak pernah gak dipermalukan seseorang di depan banyak org? I`m a dentistry student and I just got humiliated by one of my doctor in front of all his colleagues and I feel so embarrassed I feel like I`m gonna cry everytime I see or hear his name :( maaf bgt ya kak berat bgt, ini niatnya mau curhat ringan aja kok 😭 ku ingin tau apa kak Sasa pernah ada kejadian malu2in juga supaya gak merasa se sendirian ini huhuhu :`)

Hey!! thanks for telling me, that`s such a jerk move from him!!! i have a lot of these kind of experiences hahah like, a lot. But it`s okay because aku mikir if it`s not going to affect me in 5/10 years, i`m not gonna punish myself by thinking about it again and again, you know? In the end, it`s you who decide what to feel and how long you`re going to feel it. The situation already hapd, there`s nothing you can do about it, plus that doctor is being inappropriate so again, not your fault. If it was your fault, recognize it and learn from it so it won`t happen again. But i don`t think it`s good to keep feeling like this, esp when he probably doesn`t think about it like you do (maybe, im just assuming here). Sometimes we get stuck in our head and we think the situation is bigger than it actually is, be kind to yourself and let it go. You cannot change the past by feeling bad about it, but you can change the future by letting go of the past!!!
