so officially, quite recent!!! But since ive lived here for some years (and i was young and impressionable when i moved here) there are lots of bits that i picked up w/o learning if that counts? :)

No haha bc going to nl was kinda a last minute decision for me (initially i wanted to go to jp 😤). I only started officially learning dutch after like…3-4 yrs here and that’s only bc at this point why not learn it gitu, imo dutch isn’t a language that you can use outside of NL-BE or perhaps the antilles so it’s…not a particularly useful language for day to day life anyway since ive noticed that ive been living here for quite some time im like “ok i guess i have to do it now”
