Thinking of a short scene where like, decades after their divorce, dirga and kiku started dating and its pretty serious cuz dirga at some point started calling him "mas". So imagine ned and kiku just sitting with each other, and then nes offhandedly calls out "mas". Ned and kiku both answered. And then they just look at each other like 👁️👄👁️ Nes immediately rectified this by calling whoever hes trying to call by their actual name. (I also headcanon that ned is the one who knows dirga the longest besides dirga`s actual brothers, whereas kiku doesnt know much abt him despite having lived with him for a few years. So kiku`s learning still, and hes a bit :/ that ned still beats him in terms of how well he knows nes)
