dia ambil grand diplome of professional cook di international jakarta institute of culinary arts jadi kek setara sarjana gitu, ada 6 semester dan tiap semester konsentrasi pelajarannya beda pas smt 1 belajar etiquette and kitchen terminology sama basic cooking, smt 2 belajar international cuisine sama local cuisine (dia sama haris ambil major di Bali cuisine), smt 3 belajar pastry and confectionery, smt 4 belajar bakery and artisan breads, smt 5 belajar hospitality management and gastronomy, smt 6 belajar nutrition, culinary business sama minornya belajar wine and spirits alias ini semua ngarang :)
