TAPIII kalo breakfast itu hampir selalu almond er toast bc i loveee bread sm AZHSHSJSK atau kadang kalo lg ada pake juga di atasnya (ini hrs coba soalnya enak bgt) atau avocado toast, atau rebus🀣 skrg lg suka bikin bircher muesli/overnight oats jugaa

i usually work out 6 days/week, either at the gym or at home. selang seling antara upper & lower body, tho i prefer upper body work out to ANYTHING ELSE lmao dan full hiit/cardio session at least once a week. kalo what i eat in a day.. aku catering jd mengikuti menunya ajah
