dirga/abel first meet, i think, since the dutch completed the modern day indo territory in the 1920s, i like to think abel meet dirga around that time. He noticed this very attractive young-adult and he asked dirga to work for him. Maybe dirga went missing at some point (maybe to make plans with the founding fathers and distance himself from the dutch). Abel never realized dirga is just like him, until he sees him again in 1949 and the man is still as beautiful as the day he met him.
