HONESTLY I still figuring out too bc if you look closely some of my art actually made my oc cascade looks white instead of brown 💀 but my advice would be start with a color as dark as possible and make sure the canvas is not white (unless you want the background to be white) because colors tend to be much lighter or darker is different shadr of background. And also always start from middle range to darker color palette. Easiest way would be try to pratice by color picking some colors from POC—
