Hi!π§Έβ€οΈ i know it can be really really difficult, triggering and emotionally draining to recognise, acknowledge and realise your traumas or past. it can feel like your mental health is worsening upon seeing the full picture of what h a p p e n e d to you and how itβs affecting you now. whether it has been days, weeks, years or even decades since the traumas were formed, i want you to know that itβs okay to have a time facing them. more than okay. itβs okay to feel like itβs impossible or even counterproductive at times. your in is trying to protect you. itβs okay. i know itβs , but you can do it. you can work through it and soon enough youβll feel warm, safe and comfortable again. be kind to yourself and allow yourself to feel the way you do. itβll get better, i promise. xoxo
